We're delighted to announce that Dr Christopher Martin, one of the original shareholders of Solcom (parent company of Whzan Digital Health), has been appointed to the Board of Directors as a non-executive Director.
Chris was one of the original shareholders in Solcom and still retains a significant shareholding today. Chris is Chief Executive of ADC Therapeutics, a Swiss-based drug development company focused on developing therapies for cancers, including lymphoma and small cell lung cancer.
ADCT listed on the New York Stock Exchange last year at a value of US$1,500,000,000. He is also Chairman of Tokamak Energy, a UK based company pioneering fusion energy. We're excited to bring his experience to the business, his appointment will strengthen our Board and contribute further to the success of the company.
