THree steps to get your whzan virtual ward up and running in just one week

1

Easy to rent or buy

We have a conversation to determine your exact needs and number of Blue Boxes.

You can choose to rent the equipment as a managed service.

No capex required.

2

Immediate delivery & training

The equipment is immediately dispatched to you from

existing stock.

We will train your team on how to use the equipment and can also train the patient directly if preferred.

\We have experienced NHS support staff within Whzan to help you at any stage.

3

Discharge & reassigment

Once the patient is discharged from your virtual ward, typically after 1-2 weeks, we come and collect, clean and sanitise the equipment.

We then deliver back to your hub or to the next patient on your virtual ward.

This cycle gets repeated whilst you have ongoing needs.

A Solution for every stage of home care

The Whzan suite makes it possible to manage a wide range of conditions wherever a patient may be. Whether you are looking to support people with frailty, heart failure or acute respiratory infections, our virtual wards solutions are designed to be adaptable to any situation or need

Our Blue Box makes even more severe conditions manageable remotely – enabling close monitoring that would previously only been possible by keeping the patient in hospital.

For the less severe, the lighter touch of our WhzApp allows the necessary data to be collected in order to keep clinicians updated of any sudden changes.

Our Guardian Kit can also play a key role in monitoring the activity of frailer patients as they recover in their own homes.

For an informal chat or demonstration please leave us your details and a short message.

BLUE BOX

The Whzan Blue Box is our all-in-one telehealth case. It measures vital signs, records photos, performs multiple assessments and questionnaires including NEWS2.  Signs of deterioration or illness are identified earlier, for a clinical response or carer support.

whzan WHZAPP

WhzApp is a brand-new way to connect with patients, monitor conditions remotely and deliver key information and care advice - all in one easy-to-use app. WhzApp is an information hub, self-assessment and communication tool, vital signs log and more. It allows clinicians to stay updated on their patient's vital signs and ensure they’re following care plans – without unnecessary GP or hospital visits.

GUARDIAN KIT

The Guardian Kit is our home monitoring system used to track movement, detect and identify changes in behaviour that highlight increased risk.  Guardian uses multiple, low-cost, easy-to-install, sensors that monitor almost anything in the home. This includes appliances, windows, doors, fire & smoke risk. The sensors record behaviour patterns with changes detected and advised to loved ones and social care support organisations.
