A Solution for every stage of home care
The Whzan suite makes it possible to manage a wide range of conditions wherever a patient may be. Whether you are looking to support people with frailty, heart failure or acute respiratory infections, our virtual wards solutions are designed to be adaptable to any situation or need
Our Blue Box makes even more severe conditions manageable remotely – enabling close monitoring that would previously only been possible by keeping the patient in hospital.
For the less severe, the lighter touch of our WhzApp allows the necessary data to be collected in order to keep clinicians updated of any sudden changes.
Our Guardian Kit can also play a key role in monitoring the activity of frailer patients as they recover in their own homes.
For an informal chat or demonstration please leave us your details and a short message.
whzan WHZAPP
WhzApp is a brand-new way to connect with patients, monitor conditions remotely and deliver key information and care advice - all in one easy-to-use app. WhzApp is an information hub, self-assessment and communication tool, vital signs log and more. It allows clinicians to stay updated on their patient's vital signs and ensure they’re following care plans – without unnecessary GP or hospital visits.
GUARDIAN KIT
The Guardian Kit is our home monitoring system used to track movement, detect and identify changes in behaviour that highlight increased risk. Guardian uses multiple, low-cost, easy-to-install, sensors that monitor almost anything in the home. This includes appliances, windows, doors, fire & smoke risk. The sensors record behaviour patterns with changes detected and advised to loved ones and social care support organisations.
